Will Tesla Cybercab operate passenger rides outside of Austin by December 31, 2026?

Market rules

The market resolves to "Yes" if, from the creation of the market until 23:59 UTC on December 31, 2026, Tesla officially announces or confirms (via website tesla.com/robotaxi, official accounts @Tesla/@robotaxi on X, press release) that specialized two-seater Cybercab vehicles (without a steering wheel and pedals) are accepting passengers from the general public (including via the Robotaxi app, including waiting lists/limited user sets, but not only Tesla employees, investors, and invited media) in any city/metropolitan area outside of Austin (Texas). Expanding the service area within Austin, Model Y/Model 3 vehicles branded as Robotaxi, and closed demonstrations do not count. Context at the time of creation: public rides on Cybercab from September 3, 2026, are only available in Austin, Musk wrote on September 8 about Europe "hopefully soon". If such confirmation is not provided — "No".
