Expanding the service area within Austin, Model Y/Model 3 vehicles branded as Robotaxi, and closed demonstrations do not count. Context at the time of creation: public rides on Cybercab from September 3, 2026, are only available in Austin, Musk wrote on September 8 about Europe "hopefully soon". If such confirmation is not provided — "No".
