The release of interim models (Grok 4.5, Grok Imagine, etc.) or closed demos for a limited audience does NOT count as a basis for YES. As of August 19, 2026, Grok 5 remains in development, and the official release date is unconfirmed; previously stated deadlines (Q1 2026, Q2 2026) have been missed.
